Return Window
All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for processing.
Refund Eligibility
To receive a full refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received
- Original packaging: All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
- Timely return: Items must be returned within the 30-day return window
Damaged or Used Items
Items that do not meet our original condition requirements will be subject to evaluation:
- Restocking fee: Damaged, used, or incomplete items will incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price
- Fee determination: The restocking fee percentage will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and the extent of damage or use
- Final sale items: Severely damaged items may be deemed non-returnable at our discretion
Return Process
- Initiate return: Contact our customer service team to begin the return process
- Receive instructions: You will receive detailed return shipping instructions and a return authorization number
- Package items: Securely package all items with original packaging and accessories
- Ship return: Use the provided return label or shipping instructions
- Processing: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Exclusions
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other considerations. Any exclusions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
