Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Geographic Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited services.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package status through our website or the carrier's tracking system.

Shipping Address Changes

Address changes can only be made within 1 business day of placing your order and before the item has been processed for shipment. Contact customer service immediately if changes are needed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Holiday Delays

During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We will notify customers of any anticipated delays via email and our website.
